The Pacific County Department of Community Development (DCD), Building Division is responsible for ensuring building and structural compliance with the County Construction Codes.  The Building Division administers the international residential code, fire, plumbing, and mechanical codes, as well as the state energy and handicap access codes through both building/plan review and on-site inspections conducted during construction.
